Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. She earned her degree at The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theater. After moving between Missouri and Los Angeles in 2004, she took part in theater arts. She was involved in acting and conducting over 20 musicals. Some of these productions included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan as part of the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly started landing movie and television roles after she enrolled in improvisation classes and was a Theatre West company member. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive stature have allowed her to perform a wide range of characters. Her collaboration alongside Naomi Watts as Samara the antagonist In The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's most well-known as the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party hopper at-night as a Series regular for the TV Land show The Exes. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. Her soprano voice has been used in several cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been seen as the dim but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. Her private life is quiet. She is a lover of having time with her family members, which includes two children.
